RETURNS + REFUNDS
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please follow the instructions on our website or contact our customer service team at hello@christele.ca. Refunds (less any shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method after we have received and inspected the item. Certain items, such as final sale items, may be non-returnable. Shipping fees are typically non-refundable. You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are permitted within 14 days, subject to stock availability. To process an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. If the desired item is not available, a credit will be provided instead. You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs.
