GENERAL INFORMATION
By purchasing clothing from christèle, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed through our website, in-store purchases, or any other channels we use for sales.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to display our products’ colors, sizes, and details accurately. However, colors may vary depending on the display screen, and we cannot guarantee exact matches. All sizes are provided as a guide only and may vary slightly.
PRICING + PAYMENT
All payments must be received in full before your order is shipped or processed. Prices for all items are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. ORDERS + ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Shipping times and rates are displayed at checkout. We aim to meet delivery times but are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. Any estimated delivery date provided is only an estimate and is not guaranteed.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed in its original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please follow the instructions on our website or contact our customer service team. Refunds (less any shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method after we have received and inspected the item. Certain items, such as final sale items, may be non-returnable. Shipping fees are typically non-refundable. You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are permitted within 14 days, subject to stock availability. To process an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. If the desired item is not available, a credit will be provided instead. You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability in connection with any sale will not exceed the price paid for the item(s) purchased.
PRIVACY + DATA PROTECTION
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
SMS marketing: With your permission, we may send you SMS messages about our store, new products and other updates.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
INTELLECTUAL PROPRETY
All intellectual property, including logos, images, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of christele. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec, including the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quebec.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
